The evening before we took Morgan back to school, I met with this lovely family at Coogee Beach. They had rushed from softball, I had rushed from Kalannie. We met, we stopped, and we had fun in the bush and at the beach and I am so glad I squeezed in a little family time in my schedule. It was a pleasure to meet you all, especially your gorgeous kids!

Country Family in WA | Perenjori Family Photographer

I think we are pretty lucky, to be able to share this amazing country of ours. And the best time to show it off, the golden hour, when it is golden and dreamy. I ventured to Perenjori to spend a few hours with this wonderful family, in the golden hour on their patch. And we were not disappointed, the light danced for us. It was also a small glimpse into how our family will be in 4 years, as our children are spread similarly, (except their last are lively twins), and I can’t wait, because they were just so much fun.

Mark + Teresa | Perth Wedding Photographer

Mark and Teresa celebrated their wedding on a perfect day in September. I was so lucky to spend the day photographing 2 young people in love, surounded by their families. Teresa’s smile was forever plastered on her face, she was just so excited all day, and Mark was so thrilled to be by her side. They were married on the lawn in front of the Mounts Bay Sailing Club. After a beautiful ceremony, their guests enjoyed the foreshore and the very short walk over to the Royal Perth Yacht Club for the reception, the bridal party and I headed off in the beautiful Bellagio stretch limo through UWA and Kings Park and back to rejoin their guests. I had a wonderful afternoon and evening with all of the Sawyers and Arenas. And I wish Mark and Teresa joy and luck on their next adventure

Frank and Robyn’s Moora Wedding | Moora Wedding Photographer

Frank and Robyn were married in Moora, (a little while ago). Their day was a celebration; of finding eachother, of sharing their lives together, and everyone was welcome. There were kids galore, yummy food prepared by family even the service was officiated by a family member. It was truly a special day. Well this has been a long time coming, but I really wanted to share more from Tara and Glenn’s wedding day. I laughed so hard and had such a good time. It was a wonderful celebration of two peope who had found eachother, and I was so lucky to be a part of their day.

We all had to work hard to keep the bridal party under control! especially the groomslady

At the Applecross Foreshore | Perth Family Photographer

Because I have so many trips to Perth to drop off, pickup or visit my big boy now at boarding school I am able to meet, photograph and play with more Perth families than I ever have before. I get to meet families at their favourite places, or we are able to discover a new place together somewhere in or near Perth.
So, on a Friday afternoon, while I waited for my big boy to attend a social!, I was able to meet with this family. And they showed me their patch. The kids played at the playground near Heathcoate (in between locations) and then enjoyed some stick fishing on the river’s edge at the Applecross foreshore.

This is just a snippet of this lovely family story that I photographed.

After I brushed the sand off, received a hug goodbye I headed to the cinema!!! Such a perfect way to fill a couple of hours.
